Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during night hours in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform night audit tasks and balance daily financial transactions.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs and reservations using the property management system.
• Set up breakfast service and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Collaborate with departments to prepare for next day’s operations.
• Manage incoming calls and messages and relay information accurately.
