Job summary

IBIS Bristol Temple Meads, part of the Accor network, is hiring a Full Time Multi Skilled Team Member to welcome guests, handle reception duties, and support Food & Beverage tasks. You will ensure guest satisfaction, process check-ins and check-outs, and contribute to a smooth operation across front office and dining areas.

The role requires you to be fluent in English, eligible to work in the UK, and willing to learn across Front Office and F&B functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Able to manage time and multi-task in a busy environment.
• Hospitality/front office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out at reception.
• Provide friendly, personalised guest service.
• Promote brand image and hotel services.
• Support bar/restaurant service and buffet setup as needed.
