IBIS London Shepherd's Bush is seeking a Day and Night Hotel Team Member to oversee front-desk operations, including guest check-ins/outs, breakfast setup, and guest requests. You may assist with drinks, pizzas, and basic hotel duties while upholding guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role ideally within a hotel environment.
• Proficiency in property management systems, such as OPERA Cloud.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• A commitment to delivering high levels of guest service.
• A smart and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist guests during night hours with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Perform night audit tasks, balancing daily financial transactions.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the PMS.
• Set up the breakfast service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments for next day operations.
• Manage calls and messages, relaying information to the team.
• Promote hotel facilities to maximise sales opportunities.
• Assist with administrative tasks and reports as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Adapt to various situations and perform additional duties as assigned.
