Ibis London Barking is seeking a friendly Night Reception Team Member to join our front office and F&B operations. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins, respond to requests, and provide a personalised service in a busy hotel environment.

The role requires flexibility, excellent communication, and a proactive, team-focused attitude. You’ll work with a welcoming team to deliver memorable stays, promote the ALL loyalty program, and ensure smooth night-time operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service and a friendly, guest-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and varying shifts is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and personalised welcome for our guests.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and guest enquiries with efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback.
• Promote the ALL loyalty programme and hotel services.
• Support front office and food & beverage duties as required.
