Our Hotel F&B Manager
As Hotel F&B Manager, you will lead all hotel-based Food & Beverage operations at The Newt in Somerset, including the Botanical Rooms Restaurant, Farmyard Kitchen, Hadspen Bar and associated outlets. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will inspire teams, champion estate-grown produce and deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect our commitment to craftsmanship, hospitality and seasonality. You will drive operational excellence, nurture talent and ensure our dining experiences are as memorable as they are meaningful.
Across our 40-bedroom hotel, set between Hadspen House and the Farmyard, Food & Beverage plays a defining role in shaping the guest experience. Across our restaurants and bars — the Botanical Rooms, Farmyard Kitchen and Hadspen Bar — we offer guests a true expression of the estate, with menus guided by the seasons and ingredients drawn from our gardens, orchards and farmland. Working closely with our chefs, growers and makers, the Hotel Food & Beverage team brings the estate to the table with knowledge, generosity and warmth. Every dish and every interaction reflects our commitment to craft, seasonality and considered hospitality.
