Village Hotels is seeking a Reception Host to be the first and last impression for guests. You’ll greet arrivals warmly, guide guests to self-service check-in terminals, and blend digital efficiency with genuine hospitality.

You’ll handle on-the-spot problem solving, keep the lobby welcoming and tidy, and upsell food and beverage options. If you have great people skills and energy, join our busy team and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work in a busy team.

Responsibilities

• The Welcome: Deliver a warm, energetic greeting to every arrival and guide guests to self-service terminals with hands-on assistance as needed.
• The Problem Solving: Address complaints politely on the spot, using emotional intelligence to resolve issues or escalate to management when necessary.
• The Environment: Maintain a welcoming lobby, keep front of house tidy, and upsell food and beverage options when appropriate.
