• Resolve issues on the spot with polite, positive problem-solving to turn guests into advocates.
• Drive commercial reality: upsell, manage wage costs to brand standards, and monitor daily discrepancies and targets.
• Lead and coach the team: recruit, mentor, and hold regular coaching chats to keep targets clear and motivation high.
