Elite Hotels is seeking a hands-on training coordinator to embed service standards across the property. Through on-the-job, online and classroom training, you will work with the HR manager and heads of department to translate learning programmes into consistent floor performance.

32 hours per week, site-based, with flexible days to suit operational learning needs. The role focuses on developing capability, accountability and engagement, helping managers deliver distinctive guest-centric service.
