Job summary

The Grand Hotel, Eastbourne, part of Elite Hotels, is seeking a Training Officer to develop and embed service standards across the property. You will design, deliver and coordinate learning activities, from induction to compliance training, and mentor apprentices while promoting guest-centric service and a thriving learning culture.

The role suits an enthusiastic trainer with hospitality experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering hospitality training and coaching.
• Ability to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting apprenticeship initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and support a range of training activities.
• Embed Elite Hotels culture, service standards and behaviours.
• Coordinate induction, compliance and customer service training.
• Mentor and support guest-facing apprentices through programmes.
