Job summary

Elite Hotels is seeking a Training Officer to embed culture, service standards and behavioural expectations across the property. You will design, deliver and support on-the-job, online and classroom training with HR and department heads to ensure learning translates to consistent on-the-floor performance.

The role focuses on induction, compliance and customer service training within hospitality, acting as a role model to create a thriving learning environment and supporting apprenticeship

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering a wide variety of training activities from induction, statutory and compliance training to customer service within hospitality.
• Role model who sets a positive learning environment and supports apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and support a range of learning and development activities to embed the company culture.
• Translate learning programmes into consistent on-the-floor performance across the hotel operation.
• Mentor and support guest-facing apprentices through their apprenticeship programmes.
