Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the hotel and manage day-to-day operations through the engagement of the team.
• Supervise day-to-day hotel operations and ensure guest stays are memorable.
• Collaborate with other departments and assist with recruitment/interviews and onboarding of new starters.
• Coach and train new starters to build confidence in their roles.
• Handle conflicts or guest complaints with effective problem-solving.
