Front of House Manager | Full-time

The role |

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion to create a welcoming environment for guests and support your team’s development. You will coach and develop your team, drive restaurant performance, and achieve excellent results.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team through training and development to maintain high standards
• Planning and managing shifts to ensure optimal coverage and team cohesion
• Managing labour, rotas, and understanding financial performance
• Celebrating successes and recognizing individual contributions
