Job summary

A leading training provider in the UK is seeking an apprenticeship Learning Coach to work with learners in hospitality. This role involves coaching individuals on the skills required to achieve their apprenticeship standards. Candidates should have experience in front of house operations and fresh food preparation, coupled with an NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality. What will you be doing?

Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.

What will you bring to the role?
  • Experience of front of house including hosting, food & beverage and bar operations?
  • Experience of fresh food preparation and cooking using various cooking methods?
  • NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
  • Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • Ability to working autonomously
