Hospitality Assistant - Restaurant experience required

We are currently recruiting dedicated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistants to join our casual workforce at Olympia, one of London’s most iconic venues. This flexible opportunity allows you to work shifts that suit your availability, with the option to work across a variety of additional locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serving meals, drinks, and refreshments to guests in a courteous manner
  • Preparing and maintaining service areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
  • Supporting table service, buffet lines, and event hospitality as required
  • Clearing and resetting tables efficiently between service periods
  • Restocking supplies and ensuring the availability of necessary items throughout the shift
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to maintain smooth operations
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who bring energy, reliability, and a strong work ethic to their role. While prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred, it is not essential — full training is provided.
