• Recognised training/qualification in the Management of Water Systems.
• Wide experience and knowledge of estate functions within a hospital environment.
• Extensive knowledge in line with HTM04.01/L8.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Estates Officer in managing water services.
• Manage subcontractors for maintenance of water systems.
• Liaise with Estates Team for work coordination.
