The Role

Promote key products and build relationships with Consultants, Registrars, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Pharmacists, and Procurement within the therapeutic area.

What will you be doing?

  • Work to have products accepted onto Hospital Formulary where necessary
  • Generate sales by supporting customer and patient needs
  • Protect business from competitors by proposing solutions that meet objectives
  • Educate and train clinicians on the use and benefits of key products

The Person

  • Experience in the acute sector, in medical device/pharmaceutical or healthcare roles
  • Target-driven, tenacious, self-starter capable of developing win-win solutions
  • Good project management skills for organizing and delegating responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Hospital business and NHS Procurement processes including pharmacy procurement
  • Excellent networking, communication, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales forecasts
  • Teamwork skills within sales, cross-functional teams, and head office
