The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on a new product launch within a rapidly evolving area in oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes, and raising awareness among clinical formulary champions to secure access for the product.
The role requires making calls via telephone and digital platforms to healthcare professionals in this specialist environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally in oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing healthcare decisions, with knowledge of NHS structures and funding pathways, is preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Traits like tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key for our remote representatives.
Our remote multichannel sales team often outperforms field-based teams, allowing you to succeed from your home.
