ISS is seeking a Hospital Dining Supervisor to lead the daily operation of our hospital restaurant and café areas. You will inspire a front-of-house team, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold high standards of cleanliness, food safety and operational efficiency.

In this role you’ll manage staffing, assist with stock and cash handling, and support the Retail Manager to meet service objectives. Weekend and bank holiday work may be required.

Formación

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, catering, retail or food service.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Solid organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health & safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operation of hospital restaurant and cafe areas.
• Lead, motivate and support front-of-house team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage staffing levels and allocate duties during service periods.
• Support stock control, ordering and waste management activities.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene standards and health & safety compliance.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with cash handling, till operations and sales monitoring.
• Support Retail Manager in achieving operational and service objectives.
