Job summary

Healthcare Retail, part of Medirest, is hiring a Cafe Supervisor on a part-time basis to lead the shop floor and ensure excellent service. You will manage a small team, handle till operations, and maintain stock levels while delivering friendly, high-quality customer care.

This role emphasises rota planning, stock control, and strict adherence to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards. Benefits include health checks and pension provisions for eligible staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team on the shop floor and ensuring excellent service.
• Using the till, taking orders and processing payments.
• Producing weekly rotas following management guidelines.
• Receiving, checking and storing deliveries and ordering stock.
• Acting as a responsible key holder.
• Ensuring Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards are met.
