Job summary

Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a Catering Team Leader for the hospital Caf at St Mary's Hospital, Kettering. Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation or in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of COSHH & Allergens.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff and students.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate catering staff and students.
• Supervise stores, delivery service, menus, and record keeping.
• Ensure food hygiene, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare, cook and serve in the Caf retail outlet as required.
