A waste management company based in Wolverhampton is seeking a professional driver to operate Hooklift vehicles. The position is permanent, full-time, and offers a competitive pay of £15.75 per hour with additional bonuses for early starts and daily allowances. We are looking for a reliable, professional driver for a Hooklift with ADR experience.
Payrate: £15.75 per hour (Overtime: £23.63)
Early Start Bonus: £10.00 extra per day (for starts before 04:30)
Daily Bonus Potential: Up to £13.00 per day (£65 per week)
Allowances: £3.00 daily meal allowance (+ £26.50 per night if night work is required)
Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
Shift Times: Typical window between 05:00 and 17:00
Stability: Consistent routes and a supportive local team
Operating Hooklift vehicles safely and efficiently.
Conducting daily vehicle safety checks and compliance reporting.
Maintaining digital tacho records and clear communication with the depot.
Licence: Valid UK HGV Class 1 & Driver CPC.
Tacho: Current Digital Tachograph card.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional driving.
Insurance: Must be aged 25+ for insurance purposes.
Skills: Strong knowledge of Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.
