Community Support Worker – £150 welcome bonus

We currently have opportunities for support workers to join our ever‑growing, friendly team across Leyland, Penwortham, Walton Le Dale, Euxton, Lostock Hall, Bamber Bridge, Chorley and more. You will usually be based in one area to provide consistency and continuity for both yourself and the people you support. You don’t need previous experience; bring the right values and build skills with on‑the‑job training and progression opportunities.

Shift Patterns
  • Morning shifts – 7:00am – 1:00/2:00pm
  • Evening shifts – 3:00/4:00pm – 10:00pm
  • All shifts include alternate weekends
