A leading care provider in Launceston is seeking an experienced Home Manager to oversee Cedar Grange Residential and Nursing Home. The role involves managing daily operations, leading a dedicated care team, and ensuring the highest standards of resident care. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of Cedar Grange, leading a team of Care professionals and with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to our residents. You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.

You will have previous experience in a residential and nursing setting, along with strong operational management experience. And hold a valid NMC Pin.
