Qualifications

• Experience as a healthcare assistant in the NHS.

• Previous renal dialysis experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in the community.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients at home and set up their automated peritoneal dialysis machine.
• Monitor and support patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
• Carry out peritoneal dialysis fluid changes in the patient's home when required.
• Assist qualified nurses in the Home Therapies Unit.
