We have an excellent opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic Home Care Assistant to join a dedicated care team, at one of the Top 20 most recommended Care Groups in the UK.

Join their small, close‑knit care team, supporting people to live happily and independently in their own homes.

The visits last up to 1 hour, meaning you won’t be rushed, and you’ll be able to provide the very best care and support.

No experience required – you can complete their comprehensive training programme, and be paid while you train, with an in‑house mentor.

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be covering Ringwood, Poulner, St Ives, Crow, Hightown and Fordingbridge areas.

About the Home Care Assistant role:

  • Preparing meals
  • Providing personal care with dignity and kindness
  • Making beds
  • Putting the washing on and out
  • Supporting with medication
