Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer interaction role within the industrial machinery, factory automation or process machinery sector.
• Experience with heavily regulated, high profit industries is advantageous.
• Technical qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Valid driving licence and rights to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
• Willingness to travel within the UK (approximately 20% of time).

Aufgaben

• Operate in a 100% Account Management and Aftersales Support role.
• Be the primary contact for a small portfolio of high value key accounts (<10).
• Attend customer site meetings and build relationships with Production, Maintenance and Operations managers.
• Advising customers on the service portfolio and actively selling service contracts, modules, and spare parts.
• Ensure engineers have the correct certifications and competencies; coordinate scheduling through the scheduler.
• Utilise SAP to provide pricing and stock availability for spare parts.
