Job summary

Peak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager in the UK to manage a portfolio of industrial automation and logistics clients. This hybrid/field-based role requires building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue.

You will visit customers, present solutions, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value. A UK driving license and willingness to travel are essential; experience in technical hardware or supply chain is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, business development or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
• Self-motivated and highly organised.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
• Ability to attend our Chippenham office as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer challenges and objectives.
• Work with internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered successfully.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity records.
