ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions in the UK is seeking a CMM Account Manager to drive sales of precision metrology solutions across defined territories, including Northern and Southern regions with a Lutterworth HQ base. You will own the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing high-value CAPEX deals, build long-term customer partnerships, and collaborate with global product and applications teams.

• Proven experience in metrology, manufacturing, or technical sales.
• Understanding of CMMs, metrology and quality inspection.
• Track record in CAPEX / complex solution sales.
• Experience in account management and new business development.
• Background working with Aerospace & Defence, Medical Devices, or Precision Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow accounts within your territory, delivering order intake against targets.
• Develop and execute account plans to increase share of wallet.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline from lead to purchase order.
• Generate new leads through self-initiated activity and marketing support.
• Build relationships with customers across multiple stakeholders.
• Position ZEISS solutions to solve manufacturing and quality challenges.
• Work closely with Product Sales Managers, Applications Engineers, and global teams.
• Ensure a smooth transition from sale to order fulfilment and delivery.
• Support demonstrations, events, and exhibitions where required.
