Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in Guildford and surrounding areas to fix appliance issues and get them up and running again. You will manage your day, keep customers and colleagues updated, and monitor van stock levels.

A full, valid driving licence is required. Training is provided, with self-motivation and strong technical and customer service skills being essential. Bonus incentives apply and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence is required.
• Self-motivation and strong technical and customer service skills.
• City and Guilds in-house training and support are provided.
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Guildford and surrounding areas to fix appliance issues.
• Manage your day, keep customers and colleagues updated on progress.
• Keep van stock levels monitored day by day.
