Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes across Bradford and surrounding areas, diagnosing and repairing domestic appliances to restore operation. You will manage time, update customers and colleagues on progress, and monitor van stock daily, while complying with safety standards.

The role requires a full valid driving licence. Training is provided, with potential for bonus incentives based on upselling and performance, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A full, valid driving licence is required.
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred but not essential.
• In-house training will prepare you to deliver brilliant service.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Bradford and surrounding areas and fix appliance issues to get them running again.
• Manage your time and keep customers and colleagues updated on progress.
• Keep on top of stock levels in your van day by day.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed and service meets quality standards.
