Haier Europe is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes around Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas, diagnosing and repairing appliance issues to restore operation. A full driving licence is required, with on‑the‑job training to support a high‑quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence is required.
• Experience as White Goods Engineer preferred.
• Strong technical and customer service skills.
• Self-motivation and good communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas to diagnose and fix appliance issues.
• Repair and get appliances back to working order with quality service.
• Maintain van stock and keep customers and colleagues updated on progress.
