Job summary

Haier lnc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes around Guildford, diagnosing and repairing appliances to restore operation.

The role requires a full, valid driving licence and excellent communication skills to keep customers informed and ensure high service levels. You will manage your schedule, maintain van stock, and follow in-house training to achieve best outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence is required.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• In-house training via City and Guilds accreditation will prepare you to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Guildford and surrounding areas to diagnose and repair appliance issues.
• Fix appliances to restore operation and minimise downtime for customers.
• Manage time and update customers and colleagues on progress.
• Keep stock levels in the van and handle daily logistics and safety standards.
