Candy Hoover Group S.R.L. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service customers in Guildford and surrounding areas. You’ll visit homes, diagnose and repair appliance issues, and manage your time to keep customers updated. A full driving licence and strong customer service skills are essential.

Starting salaries range from £35,124 to £39,807, with potential bonuses and industry-leading benefits. City and Guilds-trained internal programs support your development and progression.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence is required.
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred.
• City and Guilds-assured in-house training and support available.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Guildford and surrounding areas.
• Diagnose and fix appliance issues to restore operation.
• Manage time and keep customers and colleagues updated on progress.
• Maintain van stock and equipment to ensure first-time fixes where possible.
