Job summary

Haier lnc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service customers’ home appliances across Bradford and surrounding areas. You will visit customers, diagnose issues and repair appliances to get them back up and running, while managing your day and updating customers on progress.

You'll hold a full valid driving licence, be comfortable with stock in your van, and benefit from industry-leading pay and incentives. Training is provided to reach the best service standards.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time and stock in van.
• Willing to undergo in-house training.
• Experience with White Goods is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes across Bradford to diagnose and repair appliance issues.
• Keep customers and colleagues informed of progress.
• Manage van stock and ensure tools and parts are available.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements.
