Job summary

Haier Europe in Hartlepool is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes across Hartlepool and surrounding areas, diagnosing and repairing appliance issues to restore operation. You’ll manage your day, keep customers updated and maintain van stock levels.

A full UK driving licence is required. In-house City and Guilds training supports development, with bonus incentives for upselling and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Ideally experience as a White Goods Engineer.
• City and Guilds-assured in-house training is provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Hartlepool and surrounding areas to diagnose and fix appliance issues.
• Manage your day and keep customers and colleagues updated on progress.
• Maintain stock levels in your van day by day.
