Haier Europe is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our UK team. You will visit customers at homes in Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington and nearby areas to diagnose and repair appliances, keeping customers informed as you work.

You’ll hold a full valid driving licence, have strong technical and customer service skills, and benefit from our City and Guilds‑backed in‑house training. There is bonus potential and a generous benefits package.

Qualificações

• Full, valid driving licence is required.
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
• In-house training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Visit customers in homes across Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington and surroundings to diagnose appliance issues.
• Repair appliances and restore operation, keeping customers updated on progress.
• Manage van stock and daily scheduling for efficient service.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to product sales bonuses.
