Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes across Feltham, Twickenham, Hounslow and surrounding areas, diagnosing and repairing appliance issues to restore operation.

You will manage your schedule, maintain van stock, and communicate progress to customers and colleagues. Bonus incentives apply for upselling, with in-house training provided to ensure top service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a White Goods/ Domestic Appliance engineer preferred.
• Full, valid driving licence is required.
• Must be able to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects and work in restricted spaces.
• Willingness to travel across Feltham, Twickenham, Hounslow and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across the assigned area to diagnose and repair appliances.
• Keep customers and colleagues updated on progress and timelines.
• Manage van stock and tools to ensure first-time fix where possible.
• Opportunity to upsell products with bonus incentives.
