Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant for the Christmas season in Leeds. This fixed-term role ends on 31 December. You will be at the heart of delivering safe, outstanding guest experiences across bar, restaurant and banqueting areas.

Experience in customer-facing roles is welcomed, and we value people who enjoy delivering high levels of service. Training and adjustments are available upon request during the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to peak times during Christmas season.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests across bar, restaurant and banqueting areas during the festive season.
• Set up for festive events with attention to detail.
• Support breakfast and front office as required.
• Help the hotel achieve brand and company metrics.
• Build relationships with guests, recognizing repeat and VIP guests.
