Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant (Christmas Casual) for a fixed-term role during the festive season. You will serve guests across the bar, restaurant and banqueting areas, while helping with event setup and providing excellent service to ensure a memorable guest experience.

You will support breakfast and front office as needed, build relationships with guests, and follow SOPs to maintain consistent hospitality while upholding the company values.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, customer facing role is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests across the bar, restaurant and banqueting areas during the festive season.
• Setting up for festive events with high attention to detail.
• Supporting breakfast and front office as required.
• Supporting the hotel in achieving brand and company metrics and objectives.
• Building relationships with guests and recognising repeat guests and VIPs.
• Following SOPs to ensure consistent hospitality for all guests.
