Kew Green Hotels is hiring a Guest Service Assistant (Christmas Casual) to ensure a safe and outstanding guest experience during the festive season. You will serve guests across the bar, restaurant and banqueting areas, and assist with event setup with meticulous attention to detail.

You will also support breakfast and front office as needed, help the hotel meet brand metrics, build guest relationships, and ensure VIPs feel valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Serving guests across bar, restaurant and banqueting areas during the festive season.
• Setting up for festive events with attention to detail.
• Supporting other guest service areas such as breakfast and front office as required.
• Helping the hotel achieve brand and company metrics and objectives.
• Building relationships with guests and recognizing repeat guests and VIPs.
• Following SOPs to ensure consistent hospitality for all guests.
