Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant (Christmas Casual) for the festive period. Join us for a Recruitment Open Evening and help deliver a safe, outstanding guest experience across bar, restaurant and banqueting areas.

This fixed-term role runs through the festive season, with a focus on delivering service excellence, supporting breakfast and front office as needed, and building guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer facing role is helpful.
• Ability to work across bar, restaurant and event spaces during festive periods.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with guests.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests across bar, restaurant and banqueting areas during the festive season.
• Set up for festive events with attention to detail.
• Support breakfast and front office as required.
• Contribute to achieving brand and hotel metrics.
• Recognise and attend to repeat guests and VIPs.
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistent hospitality.
