P3 Charity is recruiting a Hoarding Coach to support individuals and families in Warwickshire, delivering practical support and coaching in people’s homes. The role involves building partnerships with housing, health and social care services to promote safer homes and lasting change.
You’ll combine practical assistance with relationship‑based coaching, seeing the impact of your work daily. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with DBS checks carried out by P3.
Shift Pattern: Covering Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Hoarding Coach to support people whose lives are being impacted by hoarding behaviours while helping to lead and develop our specialist Warwickshire service.
You will work closely with partners across the county, taking a multi-agency approach to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support. A positive, can-do attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, and creative approach to overcoming challenges are essential. The role also involves maintaining accurate records on our internal systems and making informed decisions that help people achieve their goals, build independence, and create lasting positive change.
You’ll have experience working with vulnerable adults and a passion for helping people overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You’ll be a strong communicator, able to build trust, work collaboratively, and inspire positive change.
