P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) is recruiting for a Warwickshire Intensive Housing Management role. You will support residents in our accommodation to feel safe, build confidence, maintain tenancies and move towards independent living, while coordinating repairs and maintenance with partners.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, experienced with vulnerable adults, and able to organise and make practical decisions that help people progress toward their goals.

Responsibilities

• Support people in our accommodation to feel safe, build confidence, maintain tenancies and move towards independent living.
• Keep properties safe and welcoming through inspections, minor repairs and maintenance coordination.
• Monitor rent, service charges and records.
• Work with landlords, contractors and partners to complete repairs, checks and planned works on time.

In this role, you will support people in our accommodation to feel safe, build confidence, maintain tenancies and move towards independent living. You’ll keep properties safe and welcoming through inspections, minor repairs and maintenance coordination, while monitoring rent, service charges and records. Working with landlords, contractors and partners, you’ll help complete repairs, checks and planned works on time.
