Job summary

P3 Charity is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Coventry, working in temporary accommodation to provide housing-related support to families facing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, promoting healthy lifestyles and helping individuals develop independent living skills, with close collaboration with county partners.

The role is office-based with travel, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience delivering housing-related support in homelessness services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-related support to families in temporary accommodation.
• Act as a keyworker and liaise with multi-agency partners to reach positive outcomes.
• Record paperwork accurately on the internal IT system and keep files up to date.

As a Support Worker, you will be working within a temporary accommodation setting in Coventry, providing housing related support to families who are experiencing homelessness.

You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi- agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, the willingness to go the extra mile and ability to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
