P3 Charity is seeking a Senior Hoarding Coach to support individuals experiencing hoarding behaviours and to lead the Warwickshire service. Expect office-based work with regular travel, plus strong collaboration with housing, health, and social care partners.

You will use coaching and motivational approaches, maintain records, and help develop high-quality service delivery while leading in a supportive organisational culture.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate.
• Leadership and coaching experience in a multi-agency context.

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Senior Hoarding Coach to support people whose lives are being impacted by hoarding behaviours while helping to lead and develop our specialist Warwickshire service.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one support in people's homes.
• Help people make their homes safer and reduce the risk of homelessness.
• Use coaching and motivational approaches to support lasting change.
• Build strong relationships with housing, health, social care and community partners.
• Support colleagues and help develop high-quality service delivery.

You will work closely with partners across the county, taking a multi-agency approach to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support. A positive, can-do attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, and creative approach to overcoming challenges are essential. The role also involves maintaining accurate records on our internal systems and making informed decisions that help people achieve their goals, build independence, and create lasting positive change.

About you

You'll have experience working with vulnerable adults and a passion for helping people overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You'll be a strong communicator, able to build trust, work collaboratively, and inspire positive change.

This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, practical support, and relationship-based coaching in a role where you'll see the impact of your work every day. You'll join a supportive organisation that puts people, potential, and possibilities at the heart of everything we do.
