An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team of Community Based Support Workers in the Cotswolds.

If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!

As a Community Based Support Worker, you will work with people across the Cotswolds and provide housing related and benefit support. You will work with people for six months to assist them with housing, benefits, health, setting up home and living independently. Working closely with our partners across the county is key to this role, taking a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals and manage risk.

This role will also involve partnership working with North Cotswolds Foodbank, helping those most in need prevent a crisis by maximising their income and reducing debts. You must have a can-do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. The decisions you make will have the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive long-term outcomes.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
