Job summary

P3 Charity is seeking an Intensive Housing Management Worker to support vulnerable individuals in Warwickshire, ensuring safe accommodations, tenancy sustainment and progression to independent living. You will coordinate inspections, repairs and maintenance while liaising with landlords and partners.

You will engage with residents compassionately, communicate clearly, and stay well-organised to help people achieve their goals. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Work Base: Office based with regular travel

Join P3's Warwickshire Intensive Housing Management team and help people rebuild their lives. In this role, you will support people in our accommodation to feel safe, build confidence, maintain tenancies and move towards independent living. You'll keep properties safe and welcoming through inspections, minor repairs and maintenance coordination, while monitoring rent, service charges and records. Working with landlords, contractors and partners, you'll help complete repairs, checks and planned works on time.

You'll have experience supporting vulnerable adults and a belief that people can overcome challenges with the right support. You'll be a confident communicator who builds trust, works well with others and encourages positive change. You'll also be organised, practical and confident making decisions that help people achieve their goals.
