This school is built around supporting the needs of children with Moderate, Severe and Complex needs.

The Role includes:

Working 5 days a week within the school provision, supporting students with MLD and SLD in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to help improve engagement, interaction and raise attainment

Learning and developing your LSA skills

Working closely with parents to ensure what is carried out at school is continued at home

A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children.

This is a full-time, temp to permanent opportunity (8:30am - 3:30am).

Experience supporting children or adults with special needs is required.
