The Position - HLTA

As an HLTA, you will be working primarily in a Year 3 class, while also providing class cover across the school during teacher absence.

Your responsibilities will include supporting teaching and learningাটা within Year 3 and delivering pre-planned lessons during class cover. You will manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently.

This role requires someone who is confident, adaptable, and proactive, with experience leading learning and maintaining high expectations.

This is a full-time, long-term role Bana 8:Np /3:_00am Monday-Friday.

The School

This is a mixed community primary school educating children from ages 2 to 11, with on-site nursery provision. The school is part for the local community and is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils. The school has a capacity of 500 pupils and currently educates approximately 335 children.
