GAP is looking for a proactive Hire & Sales Coordinator to join our Pumps & Power Services team at Former Marsh Works, Cleckheaton. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating hires and logistics for generators, dewatering and water-processing equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume hire desk or fast-paced customer service/administration role.
• Excellent customer service with a commercial edge and a drive to increase sales.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming and outgoing hires per day across a wide range of equipment
• Processing hire desk administration and handling customer and supplier queries with speed and accuracy
• Ensuring stock levels meet demand and identifying opportunities to maximise sales
• Coordinating with drivers and fitters to ensure timely deliveries and collections
• Resolving customer complaints and supplier issues with professionalism and efficiency
